My 10 minutes challenge to myself

Well, hi there Reader!

Spring has definitely arrived over here…
I planted 147 onion seedlings this weekend

And my body is… letting me know about it. 😅
A few kinks, a few “why did I do that to my back” moments…

…but honestly? Worth it.

All I want to do right now is be outside.
Sun on my face, hands in the dirt, ignoring everything else.

But of course… the house still needs its regular maintenance.

The good news is, that’s not too hard when your home is running well.
And mine… mostly is.

But last night, after a shower, I looked around and just… sighed.

The whole family was out, so it was on me.
And I did not feel like doing it.

So I didn’t.

I took a break for about an hour watching some Jane Austen...

And then I gave myself a tiny challenge:
just 10 minutes.

That’s it. No big overhaul. No “fix everything.”

Just 10 minutes.

And you know what?
I got it done!

Actually… more than done.
I even got a load of laundry going while I was at it.

That’s the thing people don’t always realize…

Even when you’re busy
Even when you don’t feel like it
Even when you’d rather be outside planting onions 😄

You can still make a dent.

Not by doing everything.
But by doing something.

One small push → creates momentum
Momentum → makes the next thing easier
And suddenly, the whole house feels different

I’ve already simplified (so I’m not dealing with excess),
and I’ve built the “thrive” systems that make resetting easier (part of my Mighty Method).

So when life gets busy…
I’m not starting from zero.

I’m just nudging things back into place.

If your home feels like it’s constantly slipping behind,
it’s usually not a motivation problem.

It’s that the system isn’t supporting you yet.

Anyway… that was my little reset from last night.

Now I’m off to admire my onions and pretend my back feels totally normal.

Have a great week,

TTFN!

Stay tidy & mighty
xx
Robyn
